We want you to be fully satisfied with every GNC purchase from or an authorized GNC Retailer. If you are not pleased with any GNC Brand item that you have purchased, you may return it opened or unopened within 30 days of the order date with a valid sales receipt or corresponding packing slip. To qualify for a full refund, you must provide all paperwork and accessories. Refunds do not include shipping, handling, or other charges.


If a customer is not pleased with their purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange. All unopened products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order on (with the corresponding packing slip) or at a GNC store (with a valid sales receipt). To best serve our customers, a Cash Refund and Exchange Refund policy has been established. If refund is necessary, it will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the transaction.

Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are provided on products purchased with cash and returned within 30 days of the purchase date, they must be accompanied with a valid sales receipt or corresponding packing slip.

Exchange Refunds: In the absence of a valid sales receipt or corresponding packing slip, an exchange will be offered on any GNC brand product based on the lowest sale price within the last 60 days on provision of a valid photo ID. Exchanges are offered based on the amount paid if the customer returns an unopened product, with a valid sales receipt or corresponding packing slip within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due. In-store returns with a valid sales receipt are accepted at Frascati Shopping Centre­ - Frascati Rd, Blackrock Co. A94 Y2W6 Dublin Ireland. To initiate an online return, email and include the order no., product description with code, and reason for return request. Once your return request has been processed, returns must be accompanied with the corresponding packing slip and mailed to GNC 21 Henry Street Dublin 1 Dublin Ireland.


We offer free shipping on orders over €25.

If your order value is €25 or more, then delivery is free to any destination in the Republic of Ireland (subject to a max weight of 25kg). Order values for less than €25 will incur a standard delivery charge of €4.50. We use AN Post for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery. You can track your order via The expected delivery time in Ireland is 3-5 working days from when the order is shipped from the warehouse.


We offer free shipping on orders over €50.

In addition to Ireland, we currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.

All orders to Europe, under €50, will incur a minimum standard delivery charge of €7.50. All deliveries to Europe are shipped by the national postal service. We aim to ship your order within 2 working days, subject to availability. Delivery time outside Ireland but within Europe can take up to 14 working days from when the order is shipped from the warehouse. Due to postal regulations, we are unable to deliver liquids outside the Republic of Ireland.


Most items on our site are in stock and ready to ship, however some items may show as temporarily out-of-stock when inventory is low. Most orders with in-stock items will begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you to suggest a comparable solution. If you choose to cancel your order before completing checkout, no funds will be taken.


We strive to have click and collect orders available for collection within 24 - 48 hours. However, sometimes this may not be possible. Our store team will contact you directly once your order is ready for collection.
