INGREDIENTS – 4 oz skim milk
– 1 scoop GNC AMP Pure Isolate Whey Protein – Chocolate Frosting
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
– 6-8 small ice cubes 

DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a blender and process until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.
