Directions: Shake bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup provided. Children 3-6 years: 10ml once daily. Children 7-9 years: 15ml once daily. Boys 10-12 years: 17.5ml once daily. Girls 10-12 years: 20ml once daily. Children over 12 years & adults: 20ml once daily. To maximise iron absorption, take 30 mins before food.
