Directions: For general health we recommend using up to 20 sprays of Magnesium Oil Original spray daily. The easiest way to do this is to make it part of your morning and night time routine.
Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
This spray is suitable at any age. For children we recommend halving the dosage as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.
A tingling sensation is natural upon first application and is a sign of magnesium deficiency; this will decrease as your magnesium levels increase.
