This essential oil is invalueable. It is also great for fighting depression and anxiety. It has great diuretic properties and also helps break down cellulite, while stimulating the regeneration of skin cells, speeding up healing and preventing ugly scars forming when wounds heal. Can be used neat as a perfume.
Ingredients: 10 ml pure essential oil from the herb pogostemon cablin.
VAPOURISATION / OIL BURNER
In an oil burner the heat from a night light candle can be used to vaporise a few
drops of essential oil. Depending on the size of the room and ventilation add
between 5 and 15 drops to the bowl of the burner and fill with water.
AROMATIC BATHS
For a stimulating bath, dilute 4 drops of Lemongrass Oil in a half egg cup of vegetable Oil and add to the bath water.
HOOVER - To freshen up the house, put 10 drops of either Lemon, Lemongrass or
other strong smelling oil of your choice onto the filter inside your hoover.
As soon as you turn on the machine you get a wonderful fresh smell as you
move around the house or office.
