This fresh smelling oil that can be used to help combatt cellulite, ease jet lag, revitalise a tired body and mind, as well as keeping the family pet free of fleas and ticks! For a stimulaing bath: dilute 4 drops of Lemongrass oil in half an egg cup of vegetable oil or milk and add to a warm bath water. Used in an oil burner it will deodorize and purify the air.
Ingredients: Cymbopogon citratus 10ml
VAPOURISATION / OIL BURNER
In an oil burner the heat from a night light candle can be used to vaporise a few
drops of essential oil. Depending on the size of the room and ventilation add
between 5 and 15 drops to the bowl of the burner and fill with water.
AROMATIC BATHS
For a stimulating bath, dilute 4 drops of Lemongrass Oil in a half egg cup of vegetable Oil and add to the bath water.
HOOVER - To freshen up the house, put 10 drops of either Lemon, Lemongrass or
other strong smelling oil of your choice onto the filter inside your hoover.
As soon as you turn on the machine you get a wonderful fresh smell as you
move around the house or office.
